EICC-RBA Internal Audit

Course Objectives

Internal auditing is needed to verify the suitability and effectiveness of the system. This compact course equips delegates with process of auditing in determining the conformance and effectiveness of organization’s practices against EICC requirements that covers the five key clauses.

• The program aims to provide delegates with:
  – An understanding on EICC audit process.
  – The practical knowledge and skills necessary to conduct an internal audit using EICC Code of Conduct requirements
• Upon completion of the training, participants are able to: –
  – Have a clear approach in auditing.
  – Conduct EICC internal audit independently.
  – Categorize the type of nonconformity from the findings.

Target Audience

• Assigned to perform the internal audits
• An auditee to EICC internal audit, customer audit or validated audit process (VAP) audit.
• It is recommended that delegates have knowledge of the EICC requirements prior to attendance.
  
  

Methodology

This program involves a wide range of learning approaches, including self – assessment, case studies, small group activities and discussions, interactive lectures, experimental learning group assignments and exercises and presentation and critique.
