Course Objectives

The objectives of this course are to provide awareness of key TQM concepts of understanding customer expectations, management commitment, planning and organization, leadership, application of tools and techniques, education and training, people involvement, teamwork, measurement and feedback, culture change and supplier quality.

Target Audience

This program is intended for company personnel who are considering the development and implementation of a Quality Management System that is meeting ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 (or equivalent quality system standards) to achieve third party certification, and is particularly relevant to the IATF 16949:2016 steering group representative.
