Course Objectives

This training program provides participant with the concept of problem solving & trouble shooting. Implementing solutions without getting to the true root cause is a waste of money, time & resources. Traditional approach begins with limited info, many actions and lacking focus. Our approach focus on finding the true root cause before proceeding with actions.

Apply the 7 steps of Trouble Shooting
Understand basic concept of LEAN
Recognize the 7 wastes at the workplace for process improvement
Able to adopt relevant Lean practices/tools to identify opportunities for operational excellence at workplace

Methodology

The Course content will be delivered through short lectures, group discussions, group presentation, roleplay and skill practice during the training programme.

Azman Ithnin is an experience Engineering Manager for a multinational corporation (MNC). He completed 5 years of military skill training while studying at the Royal Military College in Malaysia. From a humble background of a small village in Johor, he was always seen as a bright and straight A’s student since his tender years. He obtained multiple scholarships during his years of study since the age of 13 years old. He believes that knowledge is “power” to everything that we do.
