• The module gives an overview of the requirements of VDA 6.3 Process Audit and the methodology of process based auditing.
• At the end of the module delegates will understand the structure, content and scoring evaluation system of VDA 6.3, and be able to understand how the requirements apply to their own process areas.
  o Describe the purpose and benefits of Process Auditing and how and why it is utilized
  o Understand the general requirements of VDA 6.3, and who it affects in the organization
  o Understand the basic principles of the Process Approach and its objectives
  o Understand the relationships between Product, Process ,System Auditing and the difference from IATF 16949 requirements
  o Undertaking effective constructive Process Audits
  o Reporting on findings to increase the effectiveness of the Manufacturing Process
  o Understanding of Process Audit Performance enhance to continuous improvement

Methodology

Group Exercise review of one client past approved automotive project in order to identify any gaps against VDA 6.3 elements P2, P3 and P4 requirements.
