Course Objectives

Upon completion of this programme, the participants will be able to :

• Understand the 7 QC tools, its application process and benefits
• Implement Techniques to stop problems from repeating
• Create a Prevention System instead of a Fire Fighting system
• Detect defects early and other related Problems at the work place by applying the 7 QC tools
• Aim for “Zero Defect” by solving problems in a systematic way
• Implement Continuous Process Improvement programs to sustain competitiveness
• Foster closer relationships among employees by working together as a team with the aid of the QC Circle formation
