Conflict Management (Online Training)

Course Objectives

Does your work feel like drudgery and your job is always highly stressed? Do you feel drained and “used up,” with little desire to return to that job the next day? How about your work relationship with peers, colleagues, superior, and subordinates? Conflict is a serious issue in companies, and it consumes enthusiasm until your motivation goes dry. Time is wasted on fighting instead of on improving organizational effectiveness. Skills and knowledge remains intact, but the will to perform, the spirit within is gone. Waiting for things to happen is common, rather than making things happen.

Conflict at work is a malaise of the spirit in which motivation, that mysterious force that gets us moving is damaged or even destroyed. The cost for organization is huge if this issue is not addressed.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Understand the definition and reasons for stress
  • Confront issues positively
  • Know your personality
  • Enhance early detection and reduction of stress
  • Manage time more effectively
  • Know how to participate in the prevention process of stress
  • Link the roles of leadership, culture and politics with stress
  • Learn the power of empowerment and ownership
