This programme enables the participants to engage with the Gen X and Gen Y employees effectively, by setting a better understanding on why they communicate the way they do. Most importantly, with this understanding, the participants would be more equipped with the essential styles and skills to communicate, lead and coach the workforce of both Gen X & Y effectively at the workplace.

  • Identify the FOUR (4) different communication styles using VNCA method
  • Develop the TWO (2) approaches in handling Gen Y by using the GAP approach
  • Utilize the ‘6R’ Method in handling Questions
  • Use the ‘2P’ Approach in Emotion Management
  • Identify the “IN” language used by Gen Y
  • Use the ‘ACORN’ technique to manage the Gen Y

This program is suitable for supervisors, line leaders, team leaders, officers, executive and managers, project managers, strategy implementers and top management of an organization

Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Marketing and E-Commerce from University of Curtin, Australia. He also attained a Diploma in Hotel Catering and Management from the American Hotel and Motel Association. He is a Certified Trainer under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (Ministry of Human Resource, Malaysia).

    Rich course but limited time
