Dr. Selvanathan a/l Sengodan brings with him over 25 years of experience in the area of Human Resource and Industrial Relations Management. He began his career from the ranks to become the General Manager (Human Resource Department) of a leading multinational organization. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management, USA, a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) from University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Lancastrian School of Management, United Kingdom.
