Course Objectives

  • To understand and apply the Colored Brain Theory to improve communication.

  • To identify personal and colleagues’ brain colors to foster better interactions.

  • To practice and enhance communication strategies through role-playing and case studies.

  • Employee who wish to improve communication through Colored Brain.

Methodology

  • Thematic Simulation = Putting the learner into a simulated environment or storyline helps to keep the learners engaged and interested.
  • Experiential Learning = Putting learners into problem solving mode though nothing like real life. But hey, how you do anything is how you do everything right?
  • Dynamic Debriefing = Instead of sharing what they learn, dynamic debriefing combines effective questioning and framing to help learners delve more into the subconscious.
  • Peers to Peers Learning = Creating a safe and open environment that allows peers to give feedback without filters.

Lesson 1 : Color Glasses Syndrome

  • Understand the concept of Color Glasses Syndrome and how it is affecting daily.
  • Explain what is Color Glass Syndrome.

Lesson 2 : What is Colored Brain

  • Introduction to the concept of brain colors and their impact on communication.
  • Understand the basics of Colored Brain Theory
  • Apply Colored Brain in the activites

Lesson 3 : Colored Brain In Action

  • Putting learner into a problem solving mode and apply Colored Brain during the activities.
  • Apply Colored Brain to communicate with others.
  • Identify each other Colored Brain.

Lesson 4 : Applying Colored Brain in Different Use Case

    • How to apply Colored Brain in different used case such as interview, meeting, conversation, and etc.
    • Apply Colored Brain in different scenarios
