Course Objectives

Learner will become a qualified first aider compliance to Occupational & Health Act 1994.
Learner will be able to identify the sign & symptom and provide early care for sudden illness such as heart attack & stroke
Learner will be able to perform & define CPR using the DR-CAB mnemonic for adult, children & infant.
Learner will be able to perform Heimlich Maneuver to relives choking victim for adult, children & infant.
Learner will be able to describe the importance of an AED.
Learner will be able to recognise internal and external bleeding & describe how to care for internal and external bleeding.
Learner will be able to recognise for the cause (mechanism) of the muscular skeletal injury and care for muscular skeletal victim.
