Etiquette and Business Protocol Workshop

Course Objectives

• You will be aware on handling clients and guests of all levels
• Know how to prepare before, and what to do during and after hosting an important guest or client
• Learn fine dining etiquette – local and international
• You will learn techniques to empower yourself and breaking limitations
• You will get the lessons on how to improve your image, your confidence and how to deal with people at various occasions

Methodology

Delivery will be done using the Accelerated Learning Technology. The Accelerated Learning technology makes use of flip charts, music, movies, colours and co-operative learning to create the relaxed and joyous environment. Some of the methods used to create impact full learning include modelling, games, simulations, metaphors, role plays, projects, individual reflections, group discussions, and physical activities.
