Effective Supervisory Workshop

Course Objectives

• Identify and elaborate tasks, roles and responsibilities and characteristics of an effective Supervisor
• Determine and elaborate elements of leadership and leadership styles of Supervisors and its application for enhancement of work performance
• Identify and discuss essentials elements of interpersonal and small group communication and practice small group communication skills for work performance enhancement
• Identify and elaborate important aspects in coaching and its practice to enhance potential of supervised staff
• Handling challenges of supervisor in global era and managing challenges of making changes

Target Audience

This course is designed for Supervisors, Line Leaders and experienced Operator of Donghwa Malaysia.

Level for Executives and above

Methodology

This course is essentially participative and practical, emphasizing learning through experience, both from structured activities on the program eg. Role plays, group work, video screening, case studies and discussion from individual experience
