INTRODUCTION

Harold, who graduated with a degree in the Education field from University Putra Malaysia(UPM), has vast experience and strengths in various fields related to consumer and people skills. Being an effective communicator with customer care skills, he ventured further into the teaching line, being involved in both the major languages which are English and Bahasa Melayu whilst tutoring adults associated with companies and colleges.

His excellent communication and facilitation skills have enabled him to further his career by lecturing at a leading private college known as Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar. He being a highly articulate, confident and persuasive team player has a positive influence towards his 10 years of academic teaching experience especially as a games coach and tutor .Realizing his true potential he applied his vast knowledge to his present field. His natural ability to motivate and train people with a positive response and outcome enticed him to settle down full time with his present profession as a trainer.
