INTRODUCTION

Ms Hua Cheng Cheng is a qualified dietitian who graduated from International Medical University, Malaysia, which is Malaysia’s first and most established private medical and health sciences university with 30 years of dedicated focus in healthcare education.

She is well-trained in planning personalised diet, preventing sub-health and diseases, etc. During her clinical internship at Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar, Seremban, she has encountered people who had a wide scope of needs including weight management, metabolic syndrome (hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidaemia), chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular disease and etc. Besides, she has also conducted webinar related to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) to raise public aware- ness of IBS and educate on how to manage symptoms through dietary and nutrition management.

She always believes that food has the power to heal us and it is the most potent weapon we have to help prevent and cure diseases. Hence, she has a great passion for making a significant impact on lives of others through use of food and nutrition.
