INTRODUCTION

Praba has more than 17 years of working experience with multinational company in Malaysia. He started his career in 2001 holding various position as Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Performance Lean Manager with a German based Aluminum Industry, Project Manager with Port Of Tanjung Pelepas and currently as the South East Asia Continuous Improvement Operation Manager with Kerry Asia Pacific.

He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from University Tenaga National Malaysia, Masters in Management from Open University Malaysia (OUM) and currently he is pursuing his PhD in engineering majoring in Lean Manufacturing. Besides that, he is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and certified Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) trainer.

He has experience in lecturing with Olympia College in Johor for their Diploma and Degree Programs from East London University and for University of Paris. He too conducts training programs for several multinational organizations and training providers. He has experience working with world class manufacturing giants clients in Germany, Norway, Italy and Malaysia namely for Norsk Hydro Aluminum. Some of his work are for Flextronics (M) Sdn.Bhd, Hexagon Holdings (M) – Polymer Composite Asia, Maruwa (M) Sdn.Bhd, Dyson, Dominant Opto, Novaplas, Kyocera Telecom,JCY HDD, Guinness Anchor Berhad, 3 Cast, Mynic Berhad, ASM Technologies, Likom Casework, World Kitchen, Hokuden, 1^st Engineering, Kuala Lumpur Conventional Centre, Alps (M) and to name a few.

Over the years he has developed many training programs among which include Problem Solving Skills – PDCA, Statistical Process Control, 5S Practice and Implementation, CIP Multipliers – Qualifying Continuous Improvement Team, 6 Sigma Yellow, Green and Black Belt, Train The Trainer – for in house Trainer, Productivity Improvement, 7 Basic QC Tools, Total Preventive Maintenance – TPM, Total Quality Maintenance – TQM, RCA, SMED, VSM, OEE and many more.
