INTRODUCTION

Winslow Wong has a wealth of experience across diverse disciplines and industry sectors. In the past 34 years, he developed key skill sets and substantial knowledge in management, training, journalism, public relations, sales and marketing, human resources management, franchising and project management, having served in various capacities, notably as founding Group Executive Editor of The Sun daily, General Manager of Ridpest Sdn Bhd and the National Association of Malaysian Life Insurance Fieldforce and Advisers (NAMLIFA), as well as General Manager (Operations) of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM).

Winslow is an enthusiastic and dynamic trainer, coach and consultant with a passion to equip individuals with the required knowledge and expertise to achieve personal and organisational excellence.

Winslow holds a Teaching Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from the Specialist Teachers Training Institute, and a Bachelor of Art degree in English from the University of Malaya. He is a HRDC-certified trainer and a former columnist/copy editor with Focus Malaysia, a business weekly. He wrote a management book titled Building Your Winning Team and edited Malaysia – Wonders & Contrast, an award-winning coffee-table book.
