Objectives

Target Audience

Employee who wish to equip themselves with stress management technique and strategies for handling difficult conversation.

Methodology

  • Thematic Simulation = Putting the learner into a simulated environment or storyline helps to keep the learners engaged and interested.
  • Experiential Learning = Putting learners into problem solving mode though nothing like real life. But hey, how you do anything is how you do everything right?
  • Dynamic Debriefing = Instead of sharing what they learn, dynamic debriefing combines effective questioning and framing to help learners delve more into the subconscious.
  • Peers to Peers Learning = Creating a safe and open environment that allows peers to give feedback without filters.

Course Modules

Lesson 1 : Bingo Bargain

  • complete your sheet, you must find and interact with others who meet specific criteria. Your goal is to gather signatures from the right people.
  • practice taking responsibility for their actions, setting personal goals, and managing their own performance to achieve their objectives during the game

Lesson 2 : Boundaries Rush

  • Each team is tasked with asserting dominance over as many boundaries as possible by completing the requisite challenge to establish control over a boundary.
  • Develop strategic thinking skills by analysing complex scenarios, identifying opportunities, and formulating plans to achieve objectives within the game.

Lesson 3 : Flags Hunt

  • The game’s primary objective is to identify and capture the flags of opposing teams.
  • Apply learned techniques in simulated scenarios.

Lesson 4 : River of Learning

  • What are the learning of the day?
  • Take home learning and apply it in real life scenario
