Course Objectives

  • Use effective first impressions
  • Make best use of body language, listening and oral communication
  • Develop your strengths and areas for development
  • Gain co-operation and commitment from others.

Target Audience

This is a fundamental training for all staff. It targets core behavioural skills and characteristics that form the benchmark of any successful employee, team and company.

Methodology

  • PowerPoint will be used to teach concepts and show movie clips (where appropriate).
  • Interpersonal Skills Training Role plays will be used to enable the trainees to look at situations from various perspectives.
  • Activities which enhance their understanding of theoretical concepts will be used.
  • The training will be centered around experiential learning techniques.
