Course Modules

Module 1: Introduction to the Colored Brain Model

Participants will be introduced to the concept of Colored Brain, understanding how each brain color (Green, Red, Purple, Blue) affects information processing, communication styles, and behavior. This module sets the foundation for applying the Colored Brain framework to foster trust and influence. We will explore the key characteristics of each brain color and how they influence decision-making, communication, and relationships.

Learning Objective:

To enable participants to recognize their own Colored Brain type and how it influences their interactions with others.

Activity 1: Joker’s gambit

Participants will engage in physical board game where they practice communicating, negotiating & influence with different brain types. They will either reap or suffer from how their communication styles impact trust and learn techniques for building rapport across diverse processing styles.

To develop adaptable communication strategies that foster trust with people who have different brain types.

Module 2: Emotional driver for influence

In this module, participants will learn about eight emotional drivers that motivate behavior and decision-making. Understanding these drivers helps individuals create influence through connection and motivation. The Colored Brain framework will be used to align different brain types with specific emotional needs.

Learning Objective:

Understand emotional drivers to enhance influence across Colored Brain types.

Activity 2: Real estate tycoon

Immersing participants in the real estate industry, where teams take on the role of competing construction companies. Each team must work together to secure contracts and successfully build various structures and faced real-world challenges that test their ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, build trust, and make strategic decisions

Enhancing trust, communication, collaboration, and strategic decision-making skills.
