Law and Legal > Workshop on Business Law: Selected Areas: Contract and Sales of Goods (Online Training)
Imagine the following scenario: Your supplier fails to deliver to you what was promised; your customer complaints because he/she was injured by your product which they claim to be defective; a visitor was injured whilst he/she was visiting your plant, a person in your employ was involved in an accident whilst he was delivering goods to your customers.
What legal implications do these actions have on your company? This course does not intend to make you an expert in these areas of business law. Instead, it aims to increase your awareness of the many legal issues that may arise in the daily operation of your business, particularly in the areas of Contract, and Sales of Goods.
Being aware of these decisions and actions which your company makes daily, a basic understanding of the areas of business law above can help you spot potential legal issues as they crop up, make better judgment calls and decisions and know when to seek legal help.
Executive, Non-Executive, Middle Management, Supervisory Employees (i.e. Technician) and whoever may benefit from this seminar.
