Course Objectives

The Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills program aims to equip individuals with ability to engage and connect with others in a meaningful way. In this program, we begin by building your knowledge on fundamental communication concepts.

Methodology

This course is highly interactive and uses diverse teaching methods (i.e. lectures, self-assessments role-plays, group discussions, activities, and videos) to accommodate different learning styles. This training will also leverage on participant’s personal life and work experiences.

Harold, who graduated with a degree in the Education field from University Putra Malaysia(UPM), has vast experience and strengths in various fields related to consumer and people skills. Being an effective communicator with customer care skills, he ventured further into the teaching line, being involved in both the major languages which are English and Bahasa Melayu whilst tutoring adults associated with companies and colleges.
