To ensure that you receive maximum benefits, various mode of delivery will be used during the session which includes, brainstorming, discussions, debate, role-play, case study, games, storytelling, fish-bone diagram, mind mapping etc. Besides that, video presentation and online webs will be introduced to highlight important principles.
