Manage Stress in a Rude World

Course Objectives

At the end of this workshop, the participants will:

•Be able to de-stress when they are already feeling stressed.

Avoid/overcome common stressful situations.

•Increase their immunity to stress, so they are affected less often, and

•Have routines throughout each day to enhances their resistance to stress. 

Target Audience

This program is for everyone who interacts with other human beings and is affected by what happens around them e.g. the Covid-19 pandemic and the economic health of their country.

Methodology

This Live Online / Virtual Training session will be conducted via a Live Streaming Platform in which the trainer will use interactive lecture and slide presentation to cover the modules stated below

• Module 1: What is stress?
                   
• Module 2: The brain                   
• Module 3: How to respond when you are stressed
• Module 4: How to de-stress         
• Module 5: 8 common stressful situations and how to avoid/overcome them
• Module 6: Increase your immunity to stress
• Module 7: Manage your negative thoughts

• Module 8: Daily routines to increase resistance to stress
