Franklin Morais is currently the International Association of Coaching (IAC) Malaysia, KL Chapter Lead. In addition, he is the Founder Director of Axess Potential Enterprise, an enterprise committed to helping individuals and organizations’ access their human potential in excess. Franklin’s experience in the education field as a Counseling and Organizational Psychology academic is further augmented by his on-the-field, and hands-on experience in conducting numerous workshops, seminars, conferences, and training for both for profit multinational and local business establishments, as well as for the not-for-profit sector like UNHCR, Nanyang Foundation, and the YMCA.
