Diamonds Of Amazonia is a highly engaging, vibrant and immersive simulation. It enables participants to learn and reflect on key values, behaviors and mindsets to become highly performing and productive employees within the organization.
It starts with participants making their way from Base Camp in Rio, Brazil to mine diamonds in the valleys of Columbia, while facing difficult weather conditions and anacondas in the Amazon Jungle. Participants will have to mine as many diamonds as possible while making difficult and fast decisions to maximize their achievement. They have to avoid the dangers that threaten the team’s ability to reach their purpose and ULTIMATELY win the game.
This program creates awareness for a winning mindset and has participants devoted to achieving self-empowerment as individuals and as a team to reach new heights and create new paradigms in productivity and results.

Philip who has over 25 years’ corporate and entrepreneur experience, holds a Master of Management joint degree from The Wharton School, J.L.
