Target Audience

Executive to Senior Management level who is in an organisation that is constantly going through change or about to go through changes.

Methodology

This program would require scenarios and case studies from the upper management where the
facilitator will customise it into activities such as case studies, discussion points and role playing.
It will also include activities from daily life and some minor PowerPoint slides.
