A tribe-based team building program that helps teams build trust, collaboration, resilience and stronger relationships through fun activities.

Course Objectives:

  • To break the negative patterns we have and focus on the positive ones
  • To have FUN building relations and laughing at oneself
  • To just focus on breaking social barriers and physical barriers

Module 1 – Fun, Communication, and Breaking Barriers

Activity 1: Energizers Movement

Break negative patterns and focus on positive behaviors.

Build relationships through fun and laughter, including the ability to laugh at oneself.

Overcome social and physical barriers, fostering inclusivity and openness.

Module 2: Identity, Collaboration, and Goal Setting

Activity 2: The Tribal Council

Strengthen tribe identity and cohesion.

Build strong relationships within the tribe.

Set clear goals for the tribe and align everyone towards common objectives.

Break away from silo mentality and encourage collaborative thinking.

Create a tribe leader, tribe name, haka, and a tribe selfie for identity building.

Module 3: Team Dynamics and Strategic Planning

Activity 3: Tribe Movement (Human-Size Snake and Ladder)

Understand different roles and teams within an organization.

Analyze individual and team roles and identify strengths and weaknesses.

Recognize and repair weaknesses to improve overall team performance.

Develop strategic thinking and emotional regulation during competitive activities.

Module 4: Problem-Solving and Team Collaboration

Activity 4: The Puzzle Game

Learn to identify strengths and areas for improvement within the team.

Develop skills in delegation, trust, and idea sharing.

Understand that failure is a feedback mechanism for growth and improvement.

Module 5: Communication, Focus, and Performance

Activity 5: The Magic Carpet

Develop innovative ways of working together and problem-solving.

Improve communication to achieve goals effectively.

Cultivate the ability to switch into a performance mindset without complaints or justification.

Module 6: Team Support and Systems

Activity 6: Dizzying Football

Enhance team support, allowing others to succeed and shine.

Focus on creating effective systems for teamwork and success.

Learn to have fun and embrace play to improve productivity and team spirit.

Module 7: Planning, Flexibility, and Breaking Physical Barriers

Activity 7: Protein Station

Strengthen planning and adaptability in dynamic situations.

Focus on supporting others to improve team performance.

Break down physical and social barriers to embrace diversity and inclusion.

Module 8: Trust, Coordination, and Comfort Zone Expansion

Activity 8: Ball Juggle

Develop trust and collaboration, supporting each other to achieve success.

Step out of comfort zones and embrace change.

Build resilience and perseverance, learning from setbacks (if the ball drops).
