The Supercharged Team is an HRDC Claimable team building course designed to help employees work better together, communicate more clearly, and build stronger collaboration in a changing workplace.

 

Through engaging team activities, participants will learn how to stay focused on shared goals, take accountability, share ideas with confidence, motivate one another, and break away from silo working habits. The course also encourages teams to understand different workplace behaviours, solve challenges together, and improve how messages are shared across the group.

Course Outlines:

Module 1: Introduction & Team Formation

Icebreakers & Energizers are quick, fun activities to get to know each other and liven up a group. Forming is the first stage a successful team building initiative and begins as soon as a team is created. This stage is where participants get to know one another and are typically introduced to the assignment or overall goals.

Module 2: Balloon Furniture

The powerful yet fun exercise brings out the true behaviors of the participants. In this physical exercise, tested how innovative they are when given a challenge. The key to solve this activity is to clarify by asking and seeking for ideas and opinions. You don’t have to be a leader to ensure success.

Module 3: Personality Test

Assessing personality gives an objective indication of a person’s or your own workplace behavior, the ability to adapt, their/your potential to succeed in a role. Workplace harmony relies on us managing and understanding those we work closely with.

Module 4: Zebra Crossing

Sometimes work can be very repetitive, however the jobs still need to get done. Finding out the best way as we go throughout the journey is the ultimate goal here. In most cases, we keep this solutions to ourselves when we are too focused in completing our tasks.

Module 5: Everyone has a value & P.I.T. Stop: Value Game, The Perfect Square, Rush Hour

Businesses in three angles; people, ideas, and time. These activities emphasized each one of the PIT principle.

Module 6: The Superhighway

Sometimes clear communication is the only thing that is going to lead to success as at most times, we only see a very small portion of how our work connects to the next part of the business.

Module 7: Pass the Message

Communication plays an important role in our daily life. You would be amazed by your ability to deliver the message with the rules applied.
