MODULE 1: CONTEXT SETTING

Setting context is important for every training as it will dictate how the learner should approach learning throughout the session.

Learning Objective:

  • Understand the concept of “Learning in the flow of games”

Story Line: The Objective

Facilitator will start with setting the objective of the workshop which is to complete the storyline and present multiple challenge for the participant to complete to gain clue to complete the storyline.

Learning Objective:

  • Participant will need apply strategic thinking, critical thinking, decision making and effective communication to complete multiple task to receive clue to complete the storyline.
MODULE 2: K.I.S.S

K.I.S.S. is a reflection tool for evaluating performance and processes. It helps teams identify:

  • K – Keep: What’s working well and should continue?
  • I – Improve: What needs enhancement?
  • S – Stop: What’s not effective and should stop?
  • S – Start: What new actions should begin?

This framework fosters constructive feedback and continuous improvement
