INTRODUCTION

Advance is a highly motivated Corporate Trainer with experience in training small and large groups across diverse industries. He is capable of leveraging learning concepts-methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful training programs. He also provides customization of corporate programs and consultancy for various clients and industries. During his early industrial employment, he had acquired 16 years of core skills in various sectors of engineering, consultancy and HR Management fields. With actual hands on work-employment experiences, he understood well of the clients’ organization essential problems and challenges.

With the first hand capability of understanding work issues, he is therefore able to relate solutions that addresses clients’ actual training needs. Therefore he provides appropriate work methods that are implementable and most importantly – Practical. With an immerse work knowledge and skills, his sessions are uniquely designed in favor of creating  “Learning Experience” approach as opposed to the traditional “Teaching” style. He is also able to blend in to work with multi-generation workforce that varies within the different age groups.

Overall, Advance’s  industrial and training experiences had made him a well respected trainer-facilitator among clients that had benefited from his professional services. All his sessions are extremely engaging with interesting approaches, systematic flow and enhanced with examples for greater understanding. As part of the core learning experiences for participants, most of his sessions are delivered with approximately 70-80% of active and fun learning activities that varies from small group discussion, role play, video analysis, critical analysis, games, gamifications, etc.

With his Military background, Advance is versatile in his styles and fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia that formed the main core languages applies in his work. Besides that he was a TV host for a business channel over several seasons as well as a regular feature in supporting local sports event as a Triathele (swim-bike-run).
