Upon completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

  • Learn That EQ is more important than IQ to succeed in life
  • Learn The 4 components of EQ – Self Awareness, Social Awareness, Self-Management and Relationship Management
  • Understand How to balance their emotions; not overly express nor suppress them
  • The importance of empathy, assertiveness and humor in human relationships
  • Recognize that emotions are real, and will affect human relationships
  • Recognize and manage their emotions and those of their colleagues
  • Use empathy, assertiveness and humor to increase productivity in the workplace
  • Reduced conflict in the workplace

Target Audience

This program is suitable for everyone in the workplace.  Emotions exist in everyone; thus it must be managed because it cannot be suppressed forever.
