Course Objectives

The Internal Auditor training course is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to plan and conduct internal Integrated Management System (IMS) audits against the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Information gathering and evaluation skills provide participants with the competencies needed to fully engage in the audit process. Audit reporting and corrective action modules provide insight into presenting audit findings.

Participants will learn to:

The duties and skills required of an auditor
How to plan, conduct and report an audit
Techniques to assist the auditor to gather and interpret objective evidence and to conduct the audit
The relationship between the clauses of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

Target Audience

This course is suitable for Personnel who are involved in organizing and conducting ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 internal audits; Quality / Environmental / OH&S / Sustainability / CSR / Compliance Managers, Executives and Supervisors who are implementing and maintaining the IMS and to know more about the internal IMS audit against ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

Methodology

This Live Online / Virtual Training session will be conducted via a Live Streaming Platform in which the trainer will use interactive lecture and slide presentation to cover the modules stated below.
