Root Cause Analysis (RCA) With Creative and Innovative Solutions And Effective Report Writing Skills

Course Objectives

• Root Cause Analysis is a procedural approach that aims to identify the factors that had an impact on the nature, extent, place, and timing of a harmful result to one or more past events with an objective of identifying the factors that will prevent the harmful outcomes from occurring again.
• Determine cause of failure. – physical. – operational. – organizational. · Determine class of failure. – specific. – generic, analyze and take corrective action to prevent recurrence. Also to write and complete and effective report on the Corrective Actions taken.
• This course will enable participants to understand root cause analysis as a procedure for ascertaining, analyzing and preventing the causes of all failures. It will also enhance their report writing skills to ensure a clear and complete corrective action report.

Managers, HODs, all production and Quality Control leaders and staff.

Methodology

We will use slides, slide shows, video clips and case studies using actual examples to ensure all participants understands how to conduct a total Root Cause Analysis creatively and innovatively using Critical Thinking skills.
