      This workshop strives to:

    • Evaluate the impact of trust-building initiatives on team dynamics and overall performance.

Target Audience

  • Employees from different departments or cross-functional teams within organizations seeking to improve communication, trust, and cooperation to accomplish shared business objectives.

Methodology

Thematic Simulation = Putting the learner into a simulated environment or storyline helps to keep the learners engaged and interested.

Experiential Learning = Putting learners into problem solving mode though nothing like real life. But hey, how you do anything is how you do everything right?

Dynamic Debriefing = Instead of sharing what they learn, dynamic debriefing combines effective questioning and framing to help learners delve more into the subconscious.

Peers to Peers Learning = Creating a safe and open environment that allows peers to give feedback without filters.

Course Modules

Introduction & Ice Breaker: The Most Resourcesful Person.

According to the Internet, You will earn the title of “The Most Resouceful Person” if you find people with 21 criterias. Your task is to look for people who have it.

Learning Objective & Debriefing Point:

Able to establish rapport, promote inclusivity, and energize the group, fostering effective communication and team cohesion in a positive and engaging environment.

Team Charter: The “X” Tower

Can the team build a team that fits the criteria perfectly?.

Learning Objective & Debriefing Point:

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the significance of fostering a unified team with a shared vision, leading to increased motivation and collective goal attainment.

Choose 1 Only

Option 1 : Kings or Aces.

Will your teammate betray you in order to win? Or will the team come together as one and win as a team?

Key Competency: Strategic Thinking & Collaboration

Option 2 : The 100 (Will link to treasure hunt later)

The group will be given a total of 100 missions. Can they complete everything before the day ends?

Station 1: 11th Floor (Hotel)

Station 2: Number Puncher (Hotel)

Station 3: The Right-Moji (Mall)

Station 4: Assemble Blitz (Mall)

Key Competency: Team Management & Time Management

Option 3: The Perfect Camp

With lack of manpower and resources, how will the team be able to survive the night by building the right camp and escape the next day?

Key Competency: Communication, Collaboration and Taking Lead

Learning Objective & Debriefing Content:

Able to:

Learn the value of collaboration and teamwork by forming alliances or teams. They will experience firsthand how cooperation and shared objectives can lead to better outcomes.

Encourages critical thinking as participants analyze the game dynamics, assess risks, and make decisions based on potential outcomes. It promotes evaluating multiple options and choosing the most advantageous moves.

Escape Room: Operation “Flashback”

The serial murder finally gets caught and he is not admitting to anything. Your team is deployed to reconstruct a series of events based on the diary found in the murderer house. Can the team provide enough evidence that will successfully execute the murderer or will the murderer be released?

Remark: Every team will be given a diary, starting point hotel > Mall and return back to hotel. They are requried to hunt for the “evidence” and at the same time solve some puzzle.

Learning Objective & Debriefing Point:

Apply effective decision-making skills and to prioritize the high score quest.

Apply strategic thinking to effectively tackle as many quest as possible.
