Dr. Alvin Teoh Kim Meng is a PSMB-Certified Trainer and a published Author with Pelanduk Publications M’sia. He is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Semantics (NS), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis & Time-Lines recognized by Dr. Michael Hall’s International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS, USA) and a Certified Practitioner of NLP under Dr. William Horton’s National Federation of NLP (NFNLP, USA). He further holds a Master of Business Administration from The Southern Pacific University, USA; a Diploma in Psychological Counseling and a Diploma in Stress Management from The Institute of Healthcare Administration, India. He has also earned a Certificate in Beauty Foundation from RPA (Malaysia) and a Certificate in Teaching Speech and Drama from Crestar (Malaysia). 

He has a diverse working experience in Husbandry, Sales & Marketing, Clinical Consultancy, Teaching, Grooming, Team-Collaboration, Drama and Training. He uses his more than 15 years’ of academic and professional experience to create training modules that are fun and result-driven, based uniquely on Drama Psychology. He has conducted seminars and workshops for participants from all corporate levels and diverse industries such as Medical, Financial, IT, Networking, Sales, Scientific, Engineering, Automotive, Advertising, Plantation, Tourism and Education sectors and many others. 

He has also been regularly sought by the Malaysian Ministry of Health to create and conduct team-building modules upon which government doctors are evaluated for their career advancement and promotion. A fiery & zany speaker, he has won numerous recognitions for captivating presentations, and regularly serves as a judge at speech contest which were participated by professional and non-professional speakers. He was the Master of Ceremonies during international President DTM Brigadier General Chris Ford’s visit to Cyberjaya in 2008. 

A very much sought-after presenter at international scientific conferences, he had contributed self-development papers to scientific periodicals. He is also an acclaimed speaker at the UTS PDP (University of Technology Sidney Alumni’s Personal Development Program) which invited only selected speakers who were subject experts in fields deemed pertinent to the empowerment of society. Besides that, he served as an Accredited Trainer under the Lifelong Learning Program and has been interviewed by and featured in The Star. He was an invited speaker during the 1st Youth Entrepreneur Comvention under the MCA 9-Point Party Platform Exhibition at the Putra World Trade Centre in 2008.
